The Governor of Arkansas has signed a bill to ban hemp-derived psychoactive cannabinoids, including delta-8 THC products. The bill prohibits the growth, processing, sale, transfer, or possession of hemp products containing certain hemp-derived psychoactive cannabinoids, including delta-9, delta-10, delta-6a and delta-8 THC, which have been reclassified as Schedule VI drug in Arkansas, the same class of drug as marijuana.
