The same factors driving many health care disparities in the U.S. are also affecting who has access to cannabis for managing symptoms related to cancer treatment, according to a new study led by a University at Buffalo researcher. The findings published in the journal Cannabis suggest race and income are both associated with determining which patients have access to cannabis, where they get it from and in what form.
